For cyclists who would like to know what it's like to ride a stage race of the Giro d'Italia or a 1-day classic and feel like a professional, this is your chance to participate in a semi-competitive, semi-challenging 1 day cycling event. A Gran Fondo caters for a wide range of abilities and the emphasis is on taking part with usually a choice of 2/3 different length events, all on awe inspiring scenic routes!

Italy has a long tradition of these events and it attracts massive local interest and there is enormous cache attached to being a participant.
